Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rooted Liberation, every session is reserved with care and intention. To respect both your time and ours, we ask that you review the following cancellation and refund policy before booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

48 hours or more before your appointment

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.

24–48 hours before your appointment

If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled session, you may reschedule your appointment once at no additional charge. Refunds are not available within this period.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, and rescheduling is not guaranteed. Exceptions may be considered at Rooted Liberation’s discretion in the event of an unexpected emergency.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Cancellations by Rooted Liberation

If Rooted Liberation needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.

How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule

Please contact Rooted Liberation as soon as possible to request a cancellation or reschedule. Your request must be received within the applicable cancellation window.

Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
