About
Coming home to yourself is quieter than it sounds.
Rooted Liberation began with a simple observation: the way we relate to ourselves and the way we live in our spaces are part of the same conversation. Change one, and the other starts to move.

So much of what shapes our days was never consciously chosen. Beliefs absorbed early. Responses that once kept us safe. Rooms arranged around a version of life we have already outgrown.
This work is about noticing — gently, without judgement — what is running underneath. What your body does when a familiar pattern appears. What a space asks of you each time you walk into it.
From that awareness, choice becomes possible. Not a dramatic overhaul, but a different response. A calmer room. A slower breath. A life that feels aligned rather than simply looking good from the outside.
You don’t have to become someone else. You can become more rooted in yourself.
Rooted Liberation is a personal-development and wellness practice. It is not therapy, medical care, or a promise of permanent change — it is space to reflect, regulate, and integrate at a pace that feels safe.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Kiran.
Sometimes transformation isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself.
My journey into this work began with curiosity. Reiki was something I first heard about almost casually, but the idea stayed with me for years. Eventually, I decided to follow that inner pull and experience it for myself.
What began as curiosity became a deeply meaningful experience of relaxation, peace and feeling more connected to myself — one that opened the door to exploring Reiki, yoga, meditation and the deeper patterns that shape how we experience our lives. I eventually trained in Reiki so I could share the practice with others, while continuing my own exploration of nervous-system awareness, inner transformation and creating spaces that support wellbeing.
Rooted Liberation grew from that journey — a belief that sometimes transformation isn’t about becoming someone new, but about returning to yourself beneath the patterns, expectations and layers you’ve learned to carry. My intention is to create a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reconnect, gain clarity and explore what may be ready to shift.
If any of this feels familiar.
A discovery call is a relaxed place to start — no pressure, no plan required.
